These are pulled straight from YouTube's own thumbnail service for the video IDs in your original file. A few of the IDs don't resolve to a live video, so their thumbnail will show YouTube's generic grey placeholder — clicking those will land on a "video unavailable" page. Send me the correct links for those and I'll swap them in.
